I purchased this plant yesterday at a thrift store yet no one had any idea what kind of plants were planted in this. Can anyone tell me exactly? And should I repot them separately?

The large plant is a Canna. The next tallest plants might by a pepper. Small plants look familiar but their name won't come to me now......

To men the large leafed one looks like wanna. The smallest one looks like a succulent of some kind. Is it? I can't see enough details to ID for sure.

Canna, Pepper plant.

The third might be an ice plant (Aptenia cordifolia)

Yes, I agree the big one is a Canna. They like lots of sun and lots of water, plus fertilizer and it will bloom for you as long as warm weather lasts. Cut off the stem that bloomed to make it keep putting up new stems.

It will surely crowd out the other plants so you should move them out of that pot, into pots of their own.

Our DB has Aptenia listed as Mesembryanthemum. Thanks for the push in the direction of it. I think I need that one. Lol

Yep! I checked 'The Plant List' - the new name is Mesembryanthemum cordifolium. Have you noticed that when a plant gets a name change, the new name is long, complicated and unpronounceable?
