The first is a type of Anthurium I believe. Leaves are huge. I wish I could propogate it but no pups or seeds. First pic is the leaf, second is the bloom

I think the second is a Peace Lily. Cool that it grows outside in your end of the world.

The first one... I don't think its an Anthurium (but I could be wrong) because the flowers don't seem right. There is an endangered Giant Anthurium (Anthurium sagittatum) that you should look at but the flowers are not red.

For the first plant, photos of the whole plant, back of the leaf including the petiole and the stem would help. A pure guess...Anthurium cupulispathum.

The second looks like a Spathiphyllum, Peace Lily, as Daisy noted.

I think you are right. I check some sites on line and they seem to fit the description. Looks like I can't propagate that large anthurium without have two Sad

I have one more to ID which I will put on a separate post.
