While I was at work my mom left my gorgeous voodoo plant out on the porch and there was a HUGE storm, and it bent it in half. I tried to stake it but it's just not cooperating. Any suggestions?:/

Okay so I have it staked better so it's standing, but the leaves are super droopy. I can't tell if it wants more water or it is being overwatered maybe?

I don't know, but it looks to me like it will recover. A friend had one of these in the Marshall Islands in shade. It was watered over 100 inches a year, and it was totally happy, grew like a weed, and bloomed.

With the bent petiole I was afraid that might happen. Sad Don't disturb it though since it might send up a new leaf.

Aw, I'm sorry. Like Evan said, keep watching it and it might send up a new shoot.

Even though the leaf is gone the bulb is still there, do you know what variety it was?
