A question about plant staggering to have ripe tomatoes year round. I have Aurora Tomatoes seeded 01 May 2017 that are flowering, and has green fruit. It still is producing immature buds. How long should this plant be productive being grown indoors climate control hydroponics DWC with great lighting? Thanks,

My undestanding is, tomatoes are perennials and, given ideal conditions, should produce throughout its life. I don't know how long they live.

Anyone else have a different opinion?
