Name: Fiat Modesto -The Central Valley of (Zone 9b)
I got this Notocactus on May 6 starting blooming. By about June 20 all blooms were gone... but something left to even today! Just wondering what's it still doing now? (the sequence of pic: 5/6 - 5/8 - 6/29 - 7/4 - 8/7)

Usually they fall off on their own or you can remove them once they're ready (A light tug will do. If that doesn't work, it's not ready to come off yet).

Or your cactus has set seeds. If Hamwild's gentle tug doesn't make them fall off, be patient. The seed pods will split when they are ripe.
