Can someone please help me identify this plant. It was a gift and I'm trying to get some info on it.

Thanks

Hi & welcome! It's some kind of Kalanchoe. I'm not sure which one. K. blossfeldiana is the most common but the nodes on your plant are a bit far apart, maybe K. pinnata.
