'Spider Web' does seem to be a registered hybrid as I find it on the Begonia.org site in the parentage for one named 'Pink Petticoat' that was registered in 1950 so Spider Web is older and may no longer be in circulation.

Thank you for looking into this. Your website examples make it clear that the picture I have is something different. All I have to go on is the tag that they had with it:
Hmm... I will have to try to remember to let the botanical garden personnel know at some point.
