Hi, new to gardening, and new to Washington State.... found a Beautiful plant growing in my new backyard, and no one here seems to know what it is.

additionally, a neighbor suggested this may be the plant the previous owner planted in order to keep moles away! LOL I have no clue.....

These are seed pods. As there is no foliage, my guess would be Lycoris. Maybe? Anyone? I can't find an image for the seed pods.

Arum sp..Arum italicum maybe....Other Common Names: Italian lords and ladies, Italian Lily, Cuckoo’s Pint
Listed as a noxious weed in your area.

There are at least 5 pics showing just the fruits and no leaves.

Looks like Arum.

Edinburgh is one amazing very old historic city.
Hope you were able to explore some of the stunningly beautiful countryside to the North.
There are some fabulous gardens up here..as well as castles etc etc.
