This plumeria is a very compact grower. It is only about 3 1/2 - 4ft tall but is nice and full. It bloomed like crazy last year, but no inflo's this year so far. Three of the inflo's from last year have turned into branches. My question is do you think these branches draw extra energy from the plant as if they were inflos??? Next year I am debating on cutting these and rooting the cuttings.

They behave like normal branches.
