Plant ID forum: Lupin like leaves, no flower vertical stem

We have a plant with lupin like leaves, it flowers white and red in a horizontal circle. Lond stems come out from the flowers with a seed pods near the ends. Flowers and seed in a horizontal paytern and not a vertical stem.
