I have read so much about all the health benefits of chia seeds. So I bought some and put it in our smoothies or yogurts. It is suppose to be good for fiber intake, bones, blood pressure and a better source of antioxidants than blueberries. Anyway, just want to ask if anyone else here consumes them for their health?

I do. I like to put them in water. They are hydrophilic, so they latch onto water and are likely little bubbles. Very good to keep everything movin' on through.
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. -Anaïs Nin
