Can someone help identify this flower? It has little pods on it with seeds that I'm hoping to plant next year.

Looks a little like a spider plant cleome, but cannot see the leaves..very cool looking plant.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Welcome!

You'll most likely find that it self-sows, it does here anyway.

To gather Cleome seeds, you'll need to devise a way to catch them. Pantyhose are one of the best ways, breathe-able, see-through. The seed pods explode, explosive dehiscence.
