I think it's a millipede but I've never seen the light ones, only the black millipedes. And I've only had experiences in outdoor gardens not my houseplants! Should I repot? Should I treat the plant with anything or with any certain care? It's my Bantel Sansevieria and it's been suffering :(

Thanks for help/advice!

Millipedes come in a variety of colors sizes. They were likely introduced when the plant was repotted into non-sterile potting mix. Whatever problems your Sans is having are not caused by the critters. Improper and/or unnecessary repotting are the likely cause of it's not doing well. For example, the roots may have been damaged or the potting mix is not porous enough or the soil is not drying out properly between waterings.
