These plants are currently on a building site where a bungalow is being demolished so could be from anywhere.

Those are burrs. Burrs are full of seed. Cut them down and dispose entire plant. ASAP

The top one is Datura stramonium, thornapple or jimson weed. The lower one looks like Ricinus communis, castor bean, but I don't know why that would be there. Both would be poisonous.

Thank you as this was someone's garden I guess they could have planted anything. Either way they need removing. Smiling
