Hi there,
I have this fern-like plant growing in my plant pot with my desert rose. It is a hard structure and grows tall and it has a pinkish purple stem and it is green where it branches. The branches look like they have little tentacles.

Mother of Millions! Grows little babies on the tips which will then fall off then grow. So funny because it is considered a weed in Florida, but they sell them for $4 here at my local greenhouse in OH!

Lolol I read that it's poisonous and it displaces other plants so my mother was fast to remove them out the plant pot with my desert rose.

I'm still fascinated by it! But I can understand how they probably view them like we do dandelions or something, those things are EVERYWHERE!

Won't hurt other plants, but toxic for humans and most animals to ingest. It does not look like delagoensis, which has leaves that are round:

Your plant is, or was, houghtonii:
Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe 'Houghtonii')

If you live where Kalanchoes/Bryophyllum plants are hardy, the babies they drop will be everywhere, very quickly.
