Please check out new pictures in follow up post... as od 08/25/17 I have no idea what rhis plant is! Its been growing since February. I started inside before summer.
I dont know how to make a long story short but I'm gonna try.
February 2016 I bought a fairy making kit from a dollar store.
I planted it inside of course. Im b6a zone?.
Anyways it had 5 different types of seeds in it the pack all together. So i planted them and they grew. Obviously the light wasnt strong enough and the plants seem to get stunted or idk what happen , I only remember coleus was in the pack of seeds. Idk what else and here it is today!!!!!!!
What is this??? It wont bloom but often looks as if its preparing to.. idk please help.
I've kept it healthy as I could all summer not knowing a darn thing about the plant. Atleast kinda happy I guess.

Please dont tell me they are weeds I'll be so embarrassed
I dont see how that would have happened considering they were inside for months unless oh idk.... frustrating.
I grew this for a child gratefully they didnt know what it was going to look like so I can fake one.

There are lots of Oenothera species: compare yours to O. biennis/Common Evening Primrose.

Getting closer it looks like!!!!!
Leaves are even bigger. And dont seem to be taken on any height....
Did you notice how it seem to make individual sections, as if it would then grow a flower in each one but didnt??

Comfrey flowers in Spring. Are those leaves fuzzy? I'm not sure if Comfrey blooms 1st year or not.

I think it looks like Lacinato kale, or a similar kale. Although, I don't know what that has to do with a fairy making garden?

Kale (Brassica oleracea 'Lacinato')

Or could it be some kind of Romaine lettuce?

Oenothera biennis is a biennial plant (hence the specific epithet biennis). That means it forms a rosette of leaves in its first year and then flowers in its second year. So you wouldn't expect to see it flower the first year from seed.

Let's go back to the beginning, please.
What is a fairy making kit?
and which dollar store?
Did you save the packaging?
If a package contained seeds they should be identified on the label.

Your plant or plants look like they could be almost anything from Kale to Oenothera to lettuce or something else. Please tell me this kit you purchased was not imported from China.

I don't have photos of kale or lettuce but here is my photo of Oenothera biennis first year rosette.
