A nice neighbor gave me what she thinks is a mint plant that was trying to take over her lawn. I tried researching various mint varieties, but I didn't see any that matched all of it's qualities. It prefers partial shade, and has been leaning in and out from under a nearby table. It smells minty when crushed, but also has a bit of a funky/skunky after-odor. It's been flourishing in the small pot I planted it in, though!

Any ideas what it could be?

Reminds me of Apple Mint.
