Dave, what is the database built on? Access? Wonderfully automated? Just curious. I used to build databases and after retiring wanted to learn more about VB. I have tinkered with SQL, but VB seems to be the power tool. What a fun project you have.
Hi Mary. We are so blessed to have Dave doing all of this for us.
I am fascinated by all of you that understand the thought process to accomplish something so grand.
The rules here at ATP prevent me from repeating my husband's opinion of Microsoft. And I have been listening to it for decades. I suppose I would be classified as a dilettante with enough knowledge to get me in trouble. But I was able to build a tool that Providence Health System: Alaska Region still uses after 14 years to perform month end close (I was the accounting/payroll manager) and assure all accounts were reconciled to date. It was pretty cludgy which doesn't speak well for those who followed me if they are still using it. But it was fun to build. Thanks for the reply

I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown
