Hello, my girlfriend recently got this plant that had no label or anything on it and she was just curious on what it was. If anymore photos are needed just ask! Thanks in advance

Hi Sylbird, Welcome!

That looks like a pretty Dwarf Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola)

I tip my hat to you.
Although they are called "Dwarf", they can grow to 12 feet in height. I have one that came from a floral arrangement for our 15th anniversary. We recently celebrated our 48th anniversary and the plant is still with us. I keep it pruned to about 6 feet in height and I've taken many cuttings to root and give to family and friends over the years. This is a photo of my plant from five or six years ago:

There are also varieties with really pretty variegated foliage:
Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola 'Variegata')
Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola 'Trinette')
Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Heptapleurum arboricola 'Dazzle')
