I don't have any of Bennett's daylilies, one of these days I'll get Wild Cherry Wine, that one always catches my eye. Lots of pretty ones. Thank you for posting them, always nice to see a grower's plants all together in someone's garden. He did a good job.

David, would you reiterate which ones are your favorites? As I recall, they are Jubilee Ball, Runaway Romance, Cheating Heart, Sitting Cool, and Beauty in Motion.

Just got from the Outer Banks this past Saturday so I have just got around to checking the computer. My favorite Bennett's are as follows:

Top Five
JUBILEE BALL - one of his tallest intros
RUNAWAY ROMANCE - Great color
SITTING COOL - A feminine looking blooms
WILD CHERRY WINE - Love it. I take too many pictures of this one.
FASHIONAIRE - I love the color and the white midrib

Second Five
CHEATING HEART is also a very nice old one.
BEAUTY IN MOTION is a big ruffled pink that opens early
KIWI MAGIC very distinct and a consistent performer
TACTICAL CAT - Not a pink one. I love the darker edge on the eye and another consistent performer
SHOWTIME MAGIC - More on the melon tangerine side of things. It is just gorgeous.

Ask me another day and the order might be different. These are my top 10 Bennett intros this year.

I will just chime in with the one Bennett grown here, and this is a first full year plant:

Kiwi Magic--this is the whole plant with multiple blooms. This photo taken Aug, 31. Today is Sept. 17 and there is one bloom with the possibililty of a couple more. We have been impressed with the blooms and the rebloom.

I like the updated pictures of Sitting Cool, Polar Fizz, and Salty Skipper. You might update your top 10 as well. That is not an easy task to do, but I know that you are constantly re-evaluating as you gain more experience with performance.

Here are my top ten:

SITTING COOL: It is a consistent performer year after year. I love the subtle nuances of the blooms.
SHOWTIME MAGIC: It is a consistent rebloomer for me in Zone 5
WILD CHERRY WINE: It is just spectacular. I just did not take any pictures of it this year.
KIWI MAGIC: A wonderful smaller bloom. Very consistent.
TACTICAL CAT: Another smaller bloom that is consistent in performance and different for Mr. Bennett.
FASHIONAIRE: One of the first ones I purchased from Mr. Bennett. Love that white midrib.
JUBILEE BALL: One of his taller intros. The blooms seems to always face outward at a 90 degree angle.
SALTY SKIPPER: A wonderful performer
PASSING FANCY: This is a newer one for me and it is wonderfully branched and loaded with buds. I have plans for this one.
FAST PLEASURE: Great color.

Honorable Mention: CARELESS DREAM: Just look at the bloom. All blooms this year were 8 inches plus. Just spectacular. A little shorter than registered. Will have to see what is does next year.

Jazz Me Blues: This year it threw a pattern for just one day and then it reverted back to its usual self.
