Hello all,

I have a Scott Pratt that has 2 inflows growing on separate branch tips. One inflow is much larger than the other but they have been slowly growing all summer long. Ive noticed that the buds that form on the inflow are dropping off before they fully develop and open.
Any idea why? Plant is getting a full days sun, but i suspect with our shorter days in the north east that maybe its entering dormancy? I have NOIDpinks, Celedines and Singapore that have all bloomed and are still blooming but the Pratt seems to just lag behind the others. I would have expected this to bloom by now but i'm just losing the buds.
Here is a pic, but not sure it will tell you much.
