I found it! Cereus repandus... Peruvian apple cactus.

Yep, that is Cereus repandus. Cereus peruvianus is not a correct name for any of them, it should almost be considered a common name that people use when they have a Cereus they cannot identify. The fruits are edible and very sweet.
