I purchased this dahlia in 2008. I thought it was so so for several years. Now I like it:)

Dahlia 'Pinelands Prickles', 2017, [hollow stem flower], [PRICK] Laciniated, 4ft. #Perennial #tuber #monocot (Higgo,2002), USDA Hardiness Zone 8, B-LC-DP Class(2505) Awards(), Bloom Month 9, In Garden Bed H1 for 94 DAYS.

Dark Wine. Classified as dark pink. Very nice bloom! First planted in 2008.
