1. A Euphorbia - possibly Ammak intertwined with a tree Aloe. Could be Aloe Barbarae.
2. Euphorbia tirucalli - Milk Tree or Pencil Tree.

Just a note:
I have learned that Pencil Cactus (Euphorbia tirucalli) is toxic to dogs. I re-homed my Pencil Cactus after learning this.

That's a safe assumption regarding any Euphorbia, or any other (of the MANY) plants with irritating alkaloids in their sap.
