Keith, it looks like a Tri-color Pelargonium, though the colors on the photo looks enhanced becoming too saturated.

Here is my similar looking plant, photo taken March 2014, when temps are cooler, gets nicely rained on it shows vivid colors.

But when it is just warm, dry weather it is mostly green and creamy yellow to white at the edges:

Not necessarily photoshopped, looks more likely the brightness was popped up as it most likely was shot in the shade/morning light and the camera renders deeper colors.

It could also be the popular Fish Geranium (Pelargonium x hortorum 'Mr. Henry Cox')
which shows a little less scalloped edges than Three-colored Geranium (Pelargonium tricolor) so IMHO resembles Keith's photo more.

That looks most similar; tricolor geranium.

Keith, did you get this photo from the internet? If so, please add a link so the photographer can get credit for the image.

I see that this exact same image is being used by several people attempting to sell seeds/plants; it would be good to get to the source. Thank You!

Somebody sent me this for the exact reason you said, the image is used over the internet to sell this plant. If I find out where I'll let you know
