A fast multiplier, good bud count, blooms always open nicely. Taller in my garden than specs say, mine is at least 32" or more in height. Good rebloomer too, one of my favorites in the garden just for how long it blooms. Sets pods easily too.

Casper's Shadow has yet to come into peak performance here although I am encouraged by the report by alilyfan. The second growing season for it has just ended. It is still a double fan and what it looked like this year is pictured here. It bloomed here mid season with a bud count of 10 with 3 way branching and a height of 20 inches. I expected it to scape higher so it was somewhat shadowed by another plant. It has since been moved to a full sun position so I will see if performance improves to reflect the experience of alilyfan.

The last picture does not really fit "blooms always open nicely."

It doesn't, does it Hilarious! I am out before 6 am taking pictures & lots of my daylilies aren't quite awake yet I'm afraid. I have several daylilies that are much worse than this, but you are right, probably have to wait til 8:00 before you get a wide open flower.
