I recently ordered some phoenix roebelenii (Pygmy date palm) seeds from a seller called "Oh Green House" on Amazon (not the best place to buy seeds) and I don't think the seeds are actually what was advertised. Can anyone tell me what they are in the picture?

You are right that the seeds pictured are not that of P. roebelenii. I do not know what they are of. I do have P. roebelenii that are beginning to ripen their fruit. If interested I can mail some to you.

They remind me of Trachycarpus but best to plant and see what grows of them. They look quite dry so a 12 hr soak in water would help.
