Hi,
This is my first post, so please forgive me if you need more information in order to respond.

My sister gave me this funny plant about a year ago, and I have no idea what it is. Since I took the first picture, it has put up babies around the circumference of the main bulb. The main bulb also seems smaller now. (The second picture was taken a few minutes ago.)

Thanks for any help you can give!
