H Jo Ann, can you post a picture of the leaves? The flower looks much like Sensitive briar but can't be sure without looking at the leaves and/or the rest of the plant.

Christine, as a matter of fact the image came from my SIL who lives in Texas. All I have is what she sent,It is a wild flower, she was walking a path and found the bloom.

From the bloom, I would guess sensitive briar but there are several.
