Amaranthus sp, pigweed. I can't tell the species, but we hope other could pinpoint the exact species. Amaranthus is not natives to my country, but most of all growing here are edible both cultivated or the wild ones, although there are few wild ones that are very spiny and bitter render it inedible. and I don't think they are poisonous at all.

I agree, Amaranthus of some sort but I don't know which one ... Florida has a few.

Agree with the ID, but never heard of Amaranthus plants causing any kind of dermatitis. I would be more suspicious of the grassy Tradescantia (spiderwort) plahnts that are known to have irritating alkaloids. The sap from inside of any kind of Tradescantia will cause a rash on my skin that is nearly identical to poison ivy.
