Hi,
Could anyone help me identify this plant? I had never seen it before and it immediately attracted my attention today because its flowers were surrounded by bees!

Salvia. Perhaps Salvia (Salvia coerulea 'Black and Blue') or Sage (Salvia 'Purple Majesty')

Many thanks!
I wonder if this is propagated by seed or I need cuttings.

Cuttings would probably be best. Many of the Salvias are hybrids, so blooms wouldn't be what you expect from seed.
