I'm not sure what is causing these grey spots on my mother of thousands plant. Need help to take care of this.

If the discoloration is limited to a few lower leaves, then it is probably normal aging of older leaves and not a cause for concern.

The grey spots are on one of the lower leaves and two a bit higher on the plant. I do enjoy this plant it is so unique. I've only had it about two months and was not sure if this was normal. Thank you for your response, any info on this plant is helpful. ☺

I would remove the affected leaves. It looks like some kind of surface pathogen to me. Normal aging is for leaves to turn yellowish, they brown, as the moisture in them is absorbed back by the plant, then they fall off cleanly.

Rain should not be a problem, but I would try to keep the foliage dry when watering the soil manually.

Your plant looks like Kalanchoe/Bryophyllum laetivirens, specifically:
Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe laetivirens)
