Can someone please help me. I had some large old oaks on my property that had died and needed to be cut down. The last one that came down came down touch in some Leyland Cypress Trees that are probably 8 to 10 years old by now and broke some limbs out of them.

I've been told that due to the limbs being broke that these trees will die as well. Does anyone know if this will in fact happen or know how to help these trees live?

I do intend on replacing them, but I will move the ones that are there in hopes to help the ones with broken limbs.
Thanks for any advice!

A few broken limbs won't kill the Leylands. Moving the others that are there might kill those though, so I wouldn't do it unless you need to for some other reason. Can you post a picture so we can see the extent of the problem?
