I have tried to take cuttings of hibiscus rosa -sinesis and failed mutliable times any recommendations or advice ?

You took cuttings; that part I understand.
You failed. Okay.
What method were you using to attempt to get the cuttings to root???

More information is needed, thank you.

I have tried both soil and water methods of propagation and was gonna attempt some cuttings in moss I tip my hat to you.

This root boost works good Josh, I got it at ACE Hardware, $ 7.00. just follow directions. Cut, leave a few leaves at the top of the cutting, dip in the root boost, and plant in a starter pot. I have good luck with peatmoss In the starter pot. Good luck.
