Yes, I did order peonies from Michigan Bulb. Disclaimer, They have nothing to do with Michigan:)
Delivered: Paeonia 'Bowl of Beauty', Paeonia 'Kirinmaru', Paeonia 'Karl Rosenfield', Paeonia 'Top Brass', Paeonia 'Sarah Bernhardt'
The roots are not the biggest (or the latest introductions), but they all had 3-5 eyes. Bowl of Beauty had even more.
Karl was damaged, they are "rush" shipping me a replacement. Customer service is very good!
Why did I order these from Michigan Bulb? Because 2 of them were $5 each, 2 were $6.50 each and 1 was $10. You can usually find 50% off coupons on the web.
I really like the "new" Michigan Bulb, they have some good plants at "value" prices.

Believe it or not, my first peony plants came from Michigan Bulb 20 years ago! THey were not named ones. They sent me one that bloomed huge white single flowers and one with double red flowers. The red is still alive but the white one died many years ago.

Nice news, Frank. If I were in the market I would give them a shot. I want to focus on expanding my Itoh and tree plants from here on in. They would be a good source with prices like that. What a steal.

My first tree peonies were from MB. Not the biggest roots but any vendor that has MB's guarantee is worth trying, I still order bulbs from them every year. Have allium bulbs from them waiting to plant now!

I have not ordered fro MB but from other cheap sources: American Meadows, bloomingbulb, bulbsdirect, definitely worth trying! Small divisions from the last two did not flower so far and are still small plants and 2 of 4 peonies ordered from AM died but I got refund.
