I am new to growing Plumerias and a couple of them have started to show some spots on the leaves. Searching online hasn't been very helpful; whenever I try to lookup a symptom, the information I find seems to always point a very vague finger at either underwatering, overwatering, insects, or fungus. Does anyone know what is behind this issue (see image)? Any tips on how to tell the difference between whether the issue is due to insects, fungus or something else?

The plant seems otherwise healthy. It is in a container.

I am in Florida, Zone 9B and have had the same problem on all of my early blooming plumerias (white, yellow, light pink) but none on any darker pink or the Madame Poni. Now, I also have *major* rust as well. Anyone have a clue what it is on grillmaster513’s plumeria?
