i recently posted a pic for Begonia 'Star dust' and then next day posted another pic for a different Begonia - and realized that they look very similar. They are both from the same bot garden - which in general had very accurate labels. but i am in doubt now ;).
I tried to look further into the matter - but quickly got stumped.
i put a message for that photo with my findings , just in case. But may be DB admins can find out more about it?

It does resemble some of the database photos of Eyelash Begonia (Begonia bowerae)

i know Eyelash Begonia - that's actually a name for a whole group of begonias, some of them very similar to each other.
size varies and very subtle changes in variegation.
here are a few examples of similarly looking cultivars
http://www.taylorgreenhouses.c... - B. 'Persian Brocade'
then there is B. 'Springfield Queen'
now i took pics of B. 'Tiger Star' too.
the problem is that you can't go to one place that describes the differences between them. and the variegation depends on growing conditions and maturity of the plant.

i found this site in russian (you can translate or i can help :)) - comparing B 'Chantilly Lace' with other similar ones that are not.
the shape of the leaf is also important - like zigzagging edge or slightly palmate leaf, etc
https://all-begonias-tamaravn....
same site very informative article on B. bowerae hybrids - you can id pics by latin names even without translation. But i have not found B.'Tiger Star' there...

Eyelash Begonia ;)??? - see how different they can be here in generic entry.
When people are not sure of what cultivar of EB they have - they just put them all there.
Eyelash Begonia (Begonia bowerae)
you'll see many listed as 'eyelash type rhizomatous'
