Hello, if you cannot tell my my question, I am a notice plant owner and would like to know why the leaves on this plant are turning yellow?

Older leaves will die off. The rest of the plant looks great. I would put a tray under it instead of that bag, though.

I agree with Celia and don't think you have much to be concerned about at this point.

Dieffenbachias do best pretty close to a moderately sunny window. Water it thoroughly as soon as the surface of the soil feels dry. This plant tends to grow very tall and leggy unless it is pruned back regularly. Pruning will not harm the plant. but it will promote lower growth and make for a shorter, more compact plant.
