old leaves of my sweet lime seedlings become chlorotic and Necrotic from tips and margins and leaves curl inward and then whole leaf becomes dry and drops! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

From what I can see, your soil looks very dense. I grew a grapefruit from seed and it out grew its pot in a couple of months, your pot looks small for that size plant. Other members will have more advice for you Thumbs up

Your plant looks overall healthy to me. It is quite common for older leaves to gradually discolor and die back as healthy new growth is added on top. The condition of the newest growth is a better indicator of the overall health of a plant.

You might consider pinching out new growth to encourage branching.
