I find 4 leaf clovers all the times, but I recently found a couple of clover plants in the yard that have more 4+ leaf than there are 3 leafs. I got this corny idea put it in a planter to and grow it indoors. Is this a possibility? If so, do I need to do anything in particular to keep it going?

I think it would be happier outdoors as long the weather holds.

You could certainly dig it up and pot it to see how it goes. That said, I have had zero luck getting the St. Patrick's Day clovers (sold at the grocery store) to grow indoors for more than a couple weeks. Have never tried my normal white clover that grows in my lawn. How fun that you are able to spot the 4 leafed ones so easily! Do you know what type of clover you have?

Back in Connecticut my neighbor had clover that was more 4-leaf than 3. He liked to amaze visitors by 'finding' a four leaf clover. Pretty funny.

I agree the plants will be happier outside but if there are enough of them, you might try to bring one inside just as an experiment.
