I bought these seeds labeled bok choy, pak choi and they are neither as you can see. Some are fuzzy some are not. I'm stumped. Any Idea's?

Welcome!

Mustard greens? Taste one.

They could be Chinese cabbage. Mine look like that when they are young.

Okay, they taste like bitter and young. Never had mustard green that weren't cooked so not sure what they should taste like.
I have another one posted in plant id. I put the first one in the wrong place. It was supposed to be lemongrass. If you have time could you take a look. I am new to vegetable gardening. Could use some help. Thank You! Crossing Fingers!

Where did you find these crazy seeds?

If you live close to South Sac, stop in at Oto's (on Freeport between Fruitridge and Sutterville) and look at their seed rack. Or look online for Kitazawa Seeds in Oakland.

I am product testing seeds for Amazon. So far they have all failed. Most things didn't sprout using multiple methods. These two I just couldn't identify. I will check out the places you suggested though. I have already told them I'm done when I have finished the seeds they have already sent. I wanted a container veggie and herb garden not a science experiment! LOL I am learning a lot though so it's not all bad! Thanks again! Thumbs up
