|#3 looks like a pineapple - or some other Bromeliad. #4 is a variegated ivy.

1- Moses-in-a-Basket (Tradescantia spathacea)
2- Striped Dracaena (Dracaena fragrans 'Warneckii')
or Dracaena fragrans 'White Jewel'
or some other cultivar.
3- Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata)

or H. algeriensis Variegated Algerian Ivy (Hedera algeriensis 'Gloire de Marengo')
