Hey, this is a tropical plant but I have no idea the specific type. The ends of the leaves are starting to curl on some, and other parts are curling and turning yellow. Could this be from too much sun exposure or poor watering? Help, or advice thanks 😊

Your plant looks like a Dracaena marginata. See if this page looks like it.
Dragon Tree (Dracaena marginata)

I have one, and it's typical for the lower leaves to yellow or brown and you pull them off. It eventually turns into a tall tree unless you trim it down again. You can root the trimmed pieces and have more plants. Your plant looks healthy to me.

Karen is right. I would add that unless everything (light, water, humidity, soil salts) are perfect, the browning of lower leaf tips is inevitable. Keep it close to and in front of a moderately sunny window. Water it when the top inch of soil feels dry. Rotate it in place so that it grows straight.
