Please be cautious and read online reviews before ordering from Breck's. It is affiliated with Gardens Alive! and with about 15 other companies (including the infamous Michigan Bulb) which all have pretty bad reputations. Some people have good experiences, but reviews tend to run about 50% negative for these companies.

I know that I had a bad experience with Michigan Bulb long ago. A friend was ordering so I added a couple of items to her order. Both the bulbs and plant that I ordered were completely desiccated and dead. The same was true for my friend's items and she found that customer service was no help at all. I only spent a few dollars, but I didn't have much at the time so it was really disappointing. I've avoided them and their affiliates like the plague ever since.

Okay. A friend gifted me with bulbs from there yesterday for visiting her with flowers and soup after hospital stay. She gave me catalog so I saw the bottom of your post and decided to post a sale.

I have not purchased anything from Brecks for a while, but I have made many from Michigan Bulb.

Years ago they had bad customer service. Not any more!

My recent orders have been great. Two years ago I ordered an Itoh peony that was advertised to have 3-5 eyes. It only had 2. I called an they quickly replaced it without a question. I remember years ago when they wanted you to send back the plant with the original shipping label.

I have purchased many plants from Michigan Bulb in the past couple of years and have been very pleased.

I would not hesitate to order from Breck's

I just received an order from Breck's and the Narcissus bulbs were huge, firm and healthy. This is the second recent order I had made and was completely satisfied with the transactions. Perhaps they've turned a new leaf.

I recently ordered from Breck's Canada, and they sent good bulbs at reasonable price.
