Lin, did you get there from the drop-down list under the "learning library" tab at the top of the page, or from the actual learning library home page (https://garden.org/learn/) ?
It does work for me from the drop-down list, but not from the home page.

It was the drop down tab at the top of this page but I just checked and when I click on Learning Library Home Page and scroll to the bottom and click on All Articles I get the same error message as you:
Not Found
The requested URL /learn/library/ was not found on this server.
~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt!
