Here is one of the seedlings from 'Persephone'. It carries the peaches and cream coloring most of the year. I am looking forward to seeing what it will look like this spring.

Love the size and form of Persephone. I crossed with it this year too, mostly to very color-retentive varieties as Persephone tends to lose its red markings fairly early.

It has a HUGE bloomstalk too! Like a tree!

Hope your baby pans out Lynn. They do seem to change up the second season so fingers crossed!

I will never own 'Persephone' after seeing the terrifyingly enormous bloom stalk in Lynn's garden. My semp garden is too close to the house and I can't take a chance of one of those bloom stalks falling on my house in a wind storm. Safety first.

Here is a photo from today of one of the dark colored 'Persephone' seedlings. There are several that are showing promise. Time will tell.
