I have two of these trees. This one is overshadowed by what we think is an ash.

I found a photo of the larger tree. I looked up Japanese Pagoda Tree in bloom and its looks like we have another winner! Thank you Daisyl!

I was going to point out that they are really pretty trees in the spring. Whoever was the original architect of your property did a nice job.
