It looks like Easter cactus:
Easter Cactus (Hatiora gaertneri)

Known to take root easily from cuttings. Once the wound from being removed from the mama plant (or separated into more, smaller pieces) has healed, stick the end(s) in soil. A jungle epiphyte. Likes loose, airy, moist soil and very bright light, a little direct sun early in the AM or late PM, just not the hot, intense rays of mid-day.
