Yes, I'm shouting. (maybe I should have posted in the grumpy thread) Smiling

Sometimes we get overcome by jealousy and just can't seem to battle it. In my Book, envy and jealousy are bad bad and they can release all sorts of evil stuff.

Some folks say they are not jealous or envious, yet it is hidden in their hearts. Some folks are as above. PLEASE, if you have a twinge or even great envy or jealousy and you want to get rid of it . . . please tell a friend. Explain to them that you are jealous or envious of so and so and that you don't want to be. In so doing, you will be released from that envy or jealousy. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Teresa

Okay, so I confess. I didn't give 100% details.

Now guess what, sometimes to be **fully** released you have to tell the actual person you are jealous of. Then, you cannot be expecting good or bad results from that particular person. And you must give that person a day or so to let it settle in and digest. But you will most certainly find out who your true friends really are.

Me, I try my best to be forgiving though anger might well up at first.

Sincerely,

Teresa

If this rant is about someone who posts here on NGA...please consider using the "ignore" feature that Dave has provided.

I'm sorry that you are having a difficult time. Whenever I feel stressed about something in my personal life, I go out and do a few good deeds for total strangers and it helps to make me feel better; my own problems seem so small when compared to folks who are suffering poverty, illness, disasters, etc.. Thumbs up

@greene . No, it wasn't about anyone here at all. All that have communicated with me have been very sweet and kind. It's more like the woman next door. I agree with your second paragraph and have already done that very thing in a small measure. But my post wasn't meant as a "rant", I was hoping it was a teaching tool to the young.
Sincerely,
