Thanks for your vote of confidence, Lin! We have a "no prickly plants" rule for our landscape too. At least you'll always have that gorgeous pic. :+)

There's one shopping plaza here with containers of large E. milii's all along the walkway in front of the stores. I've always though it was odd to have so many of those thorny plants near where people walk but they are pretty. I'll have to try to remember to take my camera and get a photo the next time I'm down that way.

That probably keeps people from messing with the plants! Yes, I'd love to see them!

Re-arranged front porch yesterday & decided these 3 pots would be good on the steps for now. The one in the middle has a drain hole, but the other two do not. This spot is under the porch roof, so they can't get rained on, and gets direct sun from sunrise until around noon.

All of these plants are still alive & in the same pots except the Echeveria, which got too big to get any water to the soil, so it went to a bigger pot.

All of the plants in hole-less pots are still alive except for the Jade in the white pot. The other plants are fine, but the Jade didn't make it.

Euphorbegonia (Euphorbia milii & wax Begonia), after 4 years. The Begonia dangles out the back, in the shadow.

Humboldt, thank you. I did save some tips of that Jade. I'm out of room for more Jades in pots but can't stop making more. The most recent ones are in the ground at the moment.

I have a cardboard box of succulent cuttings in the carport.

The 3-year-old jades still work fine, the more stem the better of course.

I think I put these Epi cuttings in this hole-less pot in 2021. Ironically, the other pampered situations I've finagled for this plant have never resulted in blooming. The original has bee with me since 2012 and other snippings have been donated to my cause over the yrs. 11 yrs is a long time spent waiting to see a bloom!

This will be the 2nd and 3rd blooms this year - and ever for me! I got a pic of the last bud and saw the open bloom but missed getting a pic of it. I was too wet from sweating to touch electronics.
